(Doc-Ref 700Y1) Furthermore, Ms Newlyn stated: "There is absolute evidence from our qualified and approved auditor that everything is as it should be - a complete audit confirmed by email sent on 29 April 24 to the Body Corporate Manager." A very strange statement to make when the auditor actually qualified the financial statements by writing in her report that:- 1. "The financial statements do not include any accounting policy notes therefore our audit provides no opinion on compliance with accounting policies since none are disclosed." and, 2. "We note that the sinking fund forecast reports a predicted balance of $860,492 at financial year end, against actual reserve fund balance of $695,431.
